Although your integration is complete, if you notice an invoice from Quickbooks has not been picked up as a Digital Check by Checkbook's system, please wait for 5 minutes and try again.
If you still do not see the Digital Checks, make sure the invoices you're trying to import meet the following criteria.
Recipient that Check is made to has a valid email address associated with his/her Quickbooks profile.
Recipient's email address is NOT the same as the Sender's email address.
Invoice amount is within the Sending Limits set for Sender's Checkbook account.
