If your Quickbooks integration is complete, if you notice an invoice from Quickbooks has not been picked up as a Digital Check by Checkbook's system, please wait for 5 minutes and try again. 

If you still do not see the Digital Checks, make sure the invoices you're trying to import meet the following criteria.

  • Recipient that the Check is made to has a valid email address associated with their Quickbooks profile.

  • Recipient's email address is NOT the same as the Sender's email address.

  • Invoice amount is within the Sending Limits set for Sender's Checkbook account.
